Visitor Information
Because of limited volunteer staffing, at this time the Moebius Nature Center is only open for visitors during scheduled programs. If you would like to volunteer, please click here
There are three parking lots available for visitors' use. We ask that only visitors with disabilities use the 3 spaces nearest the building. The next nearest lot is much farther and will require guests to walk on a gravel driveway or a grass and boardwalk pondside path. Please allow a few minutes for this so that you won't be late for the program. Outside lighting is limited to the area around the actual center, so for night programs consider bringing a flashlight. Please cover flashlights with red cellophane or leave flashlights at home for astronomy programs in order to protect everyone's night vision at these events.
Directions
The nature center is located on a hill overlooking Sunny Lake Park and can be accessed from Mennonite Road (929 E. Mennonite Rd., Aurora, OH 44202.) Please see map below. The gate is normally locked because of security reasons, though residents are welcome to enjoy geocaching, hiking and fishing (catch-and-release only.)
